Does Reliance data card works on apple mac notebook with a core deo processor?
You can connect your Reliance Netconnect on a MAC by following some instruction:
The Rconnect software works well on Windows and Linux, but to connect with Mac, Plug one end of the cable into the phone and the other on the USB port of the Mac, then went to the System Preferences -> Network and the system will detected the LG CDMA USB Modem and then configure it! If the default modem driver did not work, then select my pick and selected an “au CDMA” driver.
The dial up settings are simple:
The number to dial is #777
Username and password are your mobile phone number
Though the speed is not high, it’s workable. The main advantage is you can take it almost anywhere in the country and still be connected!
